I had to return something and they handled it really quickly, which I appreciated. it’s the right way to treat customers—no hassle, no runaround, just fair and helpful service.

I really wanted to love my bkr bottle because it’s super cute and felt like something I’d use every day. But mine slipped off a low kitchen shelf and cracked as soon as it hit the floor. I get that glass is glass, but I also feel like bkr makes it seem more protected than it actually is with that sleeve.
For the price, I expected it to hold up a lot better. It looks nice sitting there, but now I don’t really trust it for normal daily use. I’m disappointed, and I blame the design more than myself on this one.

It’s a good size, good size for what I need, but it’s not super portable. Carrying it around feels a bit awkward, awkward enough that I probably wouldn’t take it everywhere.

I was really hoping there’d be some cute, fun colors and styles to pick from, but it all felt blah or just weirdly limited. The few shades I actually liked were out of stock, which was such a letdown. For the price, I expected way better choices. Just not really my vibe.

I’ll give it credit, the bottle does look really nice and I liked it at first. But to be fair, the glass just didn’t hold up the way I expected. I wasn’t being rough with it or anything, just using it normally, and it got a chip quickly. For the price, I thought it would feel a bit sturdier. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I was disappointed.

I’ve been using my bkr bottle for a few weeks now, and the biggest thing for me is that it DOESN’T LEAK. I toss it in my work bag all the time, sometimes even sideways, and my stuff has stayed dry.

The cap is simple and feels secure, which I like. Just make sure it’s actually screwed on all the way — I rushed once and got a tiny drip, but that was on me.

Overall I’m happy with it. I took off one star because it’s a little heavy, but as far as being leakproof goes, it’s been SOLID

I bought this mostly because of the silicone sleeve, but it’s not as grippy as I thought it would be. it still feels kind of slippery in my hand, especially when the bottle is wet, which was Disappointing.
It also doesn’t seem to protect much. mine got a little dent after one drop, and I expected the sleeve to help more than that. for the price, I wouldn’t say I’m impressed.

I dont know, the site just feels a bit messy now. The colors are harsh on my eyes and it doesnt feel nice to browse for long.

I really wanted to like this bottle, but wow, cleaning it is annoying. The little sleeve thing traps gunk, and the opening is way too small to get in there properly. No matter what I did, it always felt like Bottle McProblem was never actually fully clean, so I just stopped using it

I’m still waiting for my order to show up, shipping has taken way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated the whole time too — it’s been annoying.

I’ve been using this bottle during the day, mostly keeping it on my desk or taking it with me on short walks. The water tastes totally fine, which is really the main thing I cared about. The only downside is that the bottle itself feels a bit heavy, so it can get annoying if I’m carrying it around for too long. Still, for sipping at home or at work, it does the job nicely.

The bottle itself is actually nice and feels good quality. But after I paid, I started feeling a bit unsure, like maybe I’d spent too much for what it is. It works fine and looks good, but the price still feels a little high to me.
